AESC & BlueSteps Welcome 5 New Search Firms into AESC Membership

The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and BlueSteps is pleased to announce the acceptance of five retained executive search firms into AESC membership following extensive reference checks, a site visit, and vote by the AESC regional council.

The AESC welcomes:

Founded by Vito Bialla and based in the Bay area of California, Bialla & Associates is a nationally recognized retained executive search and management consulting firm with a proven ability to identify and deliver A-list leaders. Part of the Signium International group, the firm has six partners who specialize in a variety of functions and industries.

Ellis & Partners is a growing retained executive search firm based in Madrid and Barcelona. Its practice sectors are Life Sciences/Health Care and Institutional/Corporate Relations, Industrial Products, Energy-Utilities, IT, the Automotive Industry, Luxury Goods, Fashion and Media. Ellis & Partners are members of the Agilium Worldwide group.

Osser&Osser was founded as OsserPigossi in 2002 by Anna Luiza Osser and Nelson Pigossi, who previously worked in renowned global leading executive search firms as well as in the top-five global management consulting firms. Patricia Osser Sales became a Partner and in 2005 the firm name changed to Osser&Osser - a boutique generalist firm serving clients in Brazil and the US.

Founded in 1991 by Debra Oppenheim and Jane Phillips Donaldson, Phillips Oppenheim provides the highest level of executive search services (primarily CEO, President, and Director level) to nonprofit organizations. With offices in New York City and Washington, DC, Phillips Oppenheim employs seven professionals dedicated to understanding the evolving challenges, culture and leadership of nonprofits.

George Wilbanks launched Wilbanks Partners as a boutique executive search firm in August 2011, based in Stamford, CT. The firm specializes in asset management and conducts searches at the C-level and practice head level. Prior to launching Wilbanks Partners, George spent 26 years as a senior partner with Russell Reynolds building the Asset & Wealth Management Practice in New York.
